Pattaya Harbor
Pattaya is a port city in Thailand, about 165km southeast of Bangkok. This site no longer shows the Flipper Lodge Hotel at Pattaya Harbor. It now leads to a page of explicit sexual content. Hence, I've removed the link.
Mount Ararat does indeed lie in the background of this image. But the most interesting thing shown may be the city in the foreground. The city is Yerevan, capital of Armenia, and the building at far left is the Church of St. Grigor Lusavorich. (It's now so far left it's out of view.) The update interval is unknown. Also, this page is now a commercial for a telecommunications provider.
