The above list contains all the U.S. titles and editions, per an e-mail from Dr. Perkowitz. There are also editions published overseas (in e.g. Britain, Germany, Korea, Taiwan) and many are available in Kindle editions. NOTE: AMAZON.COM lists him as a co-author of several books on cinema, and my original version reflected this. He assures me it is a mistake on Amazon's part.
In this table I give the books that looked interesting to me in Dr. Perkowitz's reading list. The number at the left is the chapter of his book to which they relate. Note that these topic headings are my own. Also, I added a few titles; these are indicated by the "N/A" (highlighted blue) in the chapter-number cell. I have reviews on-line for these extra titles.

Finally, I found in trying out the Web sites Dr. Perkowitz recommends that quite a few had moved. Such is the way of links. Hence this table, showing the original URL, and where applicable an updated one. Naturally I used the latest URLs for the links I made. I believe I captured every working site. I did not include the Bad Cinema Society because it disbanded in 2007. Its list remains on-line, but is now open to public additions; therefore it's not worth visiting. Also, I found no trace of the "We All Use Math Every Day" site (but see below), and the Lunar & Planetary Lab site is forbidden.
