Errata

Page 51: "His angst over the 'Deep State,' already well established, was fomenting daily and fueled by rumors and conspiracies."
I think this is a poor choice of words; it likely S/B "festering". But since "foment" is a transitive verb, it could instead be a case of a missing word: perhaps "fomenting anger" is the answer.
Page 265: "Acting as the arbiter of what Trump needed to know was made infinitely easier for Bolton by the president's impatience for national security or intelligence briefings and disinclination to study complicated issues."
I would write "impatience with national security or intelligence". But this is probably more a matter of personal preference than an outright error.
Page 309: "One senior agency official interjected to point out that additional personnel at the border was not necessary, at least not yet."
  Number error: S/B "were".
Page 405: "We're like, 'Forget it,' recalled one team member. 'It's like you haven't eaten for a week. Here's a huge buffet in front of you. They give you amuse-bouche."
The term refers to appetizers (the literal French meaning is "mouth amuser".) The context is the Trump lawyers disdaining to read the 448-page Mueller report aloud, as they had a habit of doing with memos (presumably because they were seldom co-located.)
